Chances are an overclock won’t do you much good. Try defragmenting (with Auslogics, not the crappy one that comes with windows), getting rid of old programs you don’t need, running ccleaner, and doing a registry defrag. If it’s still running slow, try throwing in more RAM. The CPU is almost never the bottleneck for a slow computer.
