How do I organize the files I want included in my docs or src directories?

On Panel 3 of the wizard (also Step 3), the right-most column of the table can be used to indicate the output location of files relative to the base package. For example, if I have a file, /myDocs/a-file.pdf, that has been added to the table, if I type ‘docs’ (no quotes) into the output-directory column, the file will be output to /myOutputRepoSelectedOnPanel1/my/package/name/docs/a-file.pdf.
