How do I organize a rendezyou?
• Download the Rendezyou client app for Mac and launch it. • Create some events in iCal and drag them into the big white box in the Rendezyou Client app. • Add the people you want to invite. • Click ‘Send suggestions’. That’s it. The people you invited are sent an e-mail asking them to vote on your suggestions. If you have a Rendezyou account, you can also subscribe to your personal Rendezyou calendar. Among other things, it lets you see how many of those that you invited voted for/against each of your suggestions.
