How do I order the Donor Profile and Extended Donor Profiles?
Our Donor Profiles (2 pages) are available at no cost on the website, or you may order (at no charge) up to 6 short profiles per month by calling our Client Services Department at 866-927-9622. The Extended Donor Profiles can also be ordered online. You may download the profiles from our website or have them e-mailed to you directly. Our Extended Donor Profiles can also be ordered and mailed to you by calling our Client Services Department. Payment is required before the items can be mailed to you. We can deliver via the postal service or you may request Federal Express overnight delivery at an additional charge. Please see our Donor Information Pricing for current fees.
