How do I order paying-in/cheque books online?
Choose the payments option from the main menu and click on the option to order books. You can only order one of each type of book at a time. The size of the paying in book ordered for you (large or regular) is governed by the setting on your account. If you wish to change the size of the book you receive please contact us to arrange this. We can only provide cheque books in the regular size. How do I transfer money between my organisation’s CAF Bank Accounts? These transfers need to be actioned using the Inter Account Transfer option. Please note that these transactions require second authorisation by another user before they can be processed by the bank. What should I put in the payee’s reference box? This must be a unique reference and can be alphanumeric. You may use the payees employee number here or any other meaningful reference.
