DIRECTV allows you to purchase special programming by simply using your remote control. Movies can be purchased up to the first 30 minutes of the movie. Make your selection using the Programming Guide on the screen and follow the ordering instructions. DIRECTV’s interactive features allow you to follow the instructions on screen to successfully order your programmes. If the message on your screen says “Call ext. 732” it may mean that your receiver is not connected to a telephone line or that this purchase exceeds your card limit. In these instances you will need to call our Customer Care Department (435-7362). Please be advised that ADSL customers will not be able to access Pay-Per-View using the remote control. This is due to the fact that a direct phone line is required to connect to DIRECTV. ADSL sharing is not supported. Customers also have the option of ordering ahead of time and placing their orders for specific shows.
