How do I order and/or apply for a Visa Chek (Debit) Card online?
A.You will need to sign on to MFCU@Home, click the “Secure Forms” icon then the middle link that begins ATM/Debit card. You will have to choose “Accept” at the end of the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosure to proceed. Once accepted if you are ordering a card for the primary member scroll down and check the box that states “Please order an ATM/VISA® Chek Card” you will be required to accept the “Regulation E Disclosure” before proceeding. Check one of the three applicable remaining boxes and click the “Submit” icon at the end of the page. To order a card for the joint follow the same steps but enter the joints name into the box at the top of the page. Note: Each card must be ordered individually by changing the name at the top of the page.
