How do I order a Transcript from Suffolk Housing Court and Suffolk Juvenile Court?
To order a Regular Transcript: 1. Complete the Transcript Order Form and attach the Court Allowed Motion, Court Order, Notice of Appeal, or Request to Prepare the Transcript to the Order Form. Make sure to check off Regular Transcript under Part I of the Order Form. 2. For a Juvenile Court transcript, submit the Transcript Order Form with the attached Court Allowed Motion, Court Order, Notice of Appeal, or Request to Prepare the Transcript to the Clerkâs Office. For all other court transcripts, submit the Transcript Order Form with the attached Court Allowed Motion, Court Order, Notice of Appeal, or Request to Prepare the Transcript to the Office of Transcription Services.
