How do I order a copy of a Transfer of Land, Mortgage, Covenant, Section 173 Agreement or Caveat ?
• In the menu screen (home page) select Instrument Search. • Once you are registered, enter the instrument reference. • Each instrument has a unique reference. You need to know the reference to place an order. The instrument reference can be found on the Register Search Statement (title) – see example below: Show Illustration • When you have the instrument reference, enter it in the box provided and click on next. You can order up to five instruments at once. Show Illustration • Select the instrument and then click on next. Show Illustration • Select your delivery preference and follow the prompts for payment. • If the document is imaged, it should arrive within 5 to 10 minutes. If the document is not imaged, it may take up to three business days to be delivered.
