How do I open the shackle code on my keybox?
A. To open a keybox shackle, start by pressing enter on your key. Once the menu is showing, press the down arrow once to choose “Release Shackle”. Press enter to choose this function and input the shackle code, press enter again. Your key will begin searching for a keybox. On a gray AEII keybox, prepare the key to open the shackle. Place the key into the receptacle on the keybox so the contacts on the DisplayKey match the contacts on the keybox. When the key is done communicating, the shackle will pop open. On the blue Ibox, prepare the key to open the shackle. Point the infrared port on the top of your key at the infrared lens on the keybox. The shackle will pop open when the key is done communicating.
