How do I open someone’s calendar to view free/busy times?

Unless you have delegate rights, Outlook does not have an option where you can open and view an individual’s calendar (even though you only see the “busy” time blocks). To see if someone is free or busy, you have two options: • Create a new appointment and invite the person as an attendee. • Create a “Group View”, add the person and then click the “View Group Schedules” button any time you want to view group members’ calendars. (To create a group view, select “Actions”, “View Group Schedules” and click on the “New” button. Enter a “Group name” (for example, “IT Staff”), enter the name(s) of the group member(s), and click “OK”.
