How do I open mailto (course aliases, email links) links in Gmail, instead of Thunderbird/Mac Mail?
If this is for a Mac, which I assume it is based on the "Mac Mail" part of your question, download, install and configure Webmailer with the GMail defaults: http://belkadan.com/webmailer/
