How do I open archived email attachments when using Outlook Web Access?
In order to retrieve attachments using OWA, click on this banner at the top of the email: The below dialog box will come up asking you to re-authenticate your user credentials: Once you have successfully re-authenticated yourself using the same credentials us use to sign on to OWA, you will get the full email complete with attachment. REMEMBER: Full sign-on credentials are always required (“NMES\user.name”) and your email password.
