The first step is to simply upload the software to Softwrap for updating into the system. Email support@softwrap.comor contact your Softwrap representative for instructions on doing this. It is advised to create a menu system to place on the CD for ease of installation. Take advantage of the additional available space on the CDROM and include any other Softwrapped titles you have too which could lead to cross-selling. The next step is to decide on who will pay the shipping costs. Choice 1 – End-user pays shipping – Here they will decide if they wish to purchase the backup CD and add the shipping charge. Choice 2 – Publisher pays shipping – Here you should either increase the selling price of your title to cover the shipping price or cost it into your original price. The benefit to your customers is that all of them will receive the backup CD when they make the purchase.
