How do I offer a customer pick-up shipping option in checkout?
In your account, go to the Sales > Shipping > Account Shipping Carriers view where you should see a list of your Disabled and Enabled shipping carriers. If you have a Customer Pick-Up option in your disabled list, just select it and click on the “Add>” button to enable that option. Otherwise you will want to create a new shipping carrier for this option and enable it. Once that option is enabled and you set up the rates for it, your buyers will be able to select that option in checkout.
