How do I obtain water/sewer/garbage service for a business or residence?
For new service, come by our office at 216 South Catawba Street to complete an application. To save time, you can fax or e-mail certain applications and forms for completion ahead of time. You must provide a copy of your lease agreement or proof of ownership and a picture ID. A $60.00 deposit is required. The deposit amount may vary based on the size of the meter. Five dollars of your deposit is nonrefundable. For same day connection, please come before 4:00 pm.
