How do I obtain the information for a Nutrition Facts table?
To develop a Nutrition Facts table, the unrounded nutrient data for your food product is required (preferably per 100 grams of product). This can be obtained either through a calculated analysis based on your product’s recipe / formula or laboratory analysis of your product by a certified lab. Laboratory analysis is a more expensive and time consuming process. A calculated analysis is completed based on the nutrition data of each ingredient in your recipe and its weight within the recipe. Providing us with your product’s recipe / formulation will allow us to complete a calculated nutrient analysis and then develop an accurate Nutrition Facts table for your product.
