How do I obtain the ESRI ArcView software that is required for many of the courses?
Beginning with GEOG 483: Problem-Solving in GIS, you’ll need to have an up-to-date, educational license of ESRI’s ArcView software (and its Spatial Analyst extension) installed on your personal computer. If you don’t already own ArcView version 9.x, the instructions below will guide you through the process of acquiring your own educational license for just $100 per year.
