How do I obtain the Darkwood Bordello Deeds?
You can go about this one of three ways. The first is to get Grope drunk and he will tell you where the deeds are. The second is to dress up as a woman and work for Grope. Do the dirty with him and after a few times he will tell you where it is. The easiest way by far is just skipping the steps and going straight to the finding the deeds. Just dig under the tree next to the pond and you will find it. You now officially own Darkwood Bordello. You can either keep it as it is or turn it into a woman’s refuge. The choice is yours.
