How do I obtain the additional .5 credit for Physical Education outside of St. Thomas Aquinas High School?
St. Thomas Aquinas Guidance office has created a form that permits students to record 65 hours of physical education outside of the school. These hours must be logged on the form. After it is signed by the coach/instructor, verified by the parent, and notarized, the form is returned to the Guidance Office. This is not required for the Class of 2011.
