• To initiate the request procedure; go to BioLINCC home webpage: • Register for an account at the BioLINCC website if you have not already done so. • Login with your account information. • Select the study of interest. • Click on the request button at the bottom of the page. • Fill in and submit the request form. Include a description of the proposed study, your CV and documentation of IRB approval as attached files. • BioLINCC will contact the requestor for additional information after performing a preliminary search for the requested samples. • All requests will be reviewed by the Repository Allocation Committee for scientific merit, compliance with ethical and legal issues (i.e., any restrictions in the informed consent of the study subjects), availability of funding, and availability of the requested biospecimens.
