How do I obtain records related to a specific person buried at Arlington National Cemetery?
Burial Records related to an individual are available to next of kin upon receipt of a signed and notarized written request. All other persons may submit a written request and the request will be answered in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act. Arlington National Cemetery does not maintain the service records of personnel and requests for such information should be sent to the National Personnel Records Center, Military Personnel Records, 9700 Page Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63132-5100.
