Notes: • All plate fees are in addition to standard registration fees. • DAV plates are initially provided at no cost (gratis) to disabled veterans with a 100% disability, National Guard members, and members of the Fireman’s Association. However, National Guard members and members of the Fireman’s Association are charged $20.00 for substitute license plates. • License plates issued to members of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) are considered organizational license plates and cost $25.00 at the initial time of issuance.
