How do I obtain permission to reprint a Patriot-News story?
Before reprinting anything from The Patriot-News, you must first obtain permission because U.S. copyright law protects all material in The Patriot-News. The Patriot-News cannot grant reprint permission for news service stories, stories from other newspapers or syndicated material, which it buys for one-time use from others. It can, however, grant reprint permission for stories created by its staff and its freelancers.
