If you currently receive EFT/Direct Deposit for your normal paychecks and you now have a Sickness & Accident (S&A) claim, your benefits will automatically be EFT/Direct Deposit. If you are receiving Sickness & Accident (S&A) Benefits and would like to set up EFT You should contact your personnel department to obtain an EFT/Direct Deposit authorization form.
