How do I obtain copies of my transcript for attending CGSOC, SAMS or any other courses offered by CGSC?

The CGSC http://cgsc.leavenworth.army.mil will provide access to the Registrar’s Office. Open the CGSC website, look under the Quick Links column, and click on Request a Transcript. Fill out the form and submit. The Registrar’s Office will mail the official transcript/transcripts to the requesting institution.
