How do I obtain another copy of a sealed divorce certificate (decree nisi/absolute)?
• Written request to the court (see download on right) • Post the form to Family Court of WA, GPO Box 9991, Perth WA 6848 • or Fax the form to 08 9224 8360 • Supply parties names, file number, address, contact telephone number. Note: If you intend to register the divorce certificate with an overseas government agency, you may require the divorce certificate to be authenticated or apostilled. You will have to arrange this with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
