How do I obtain an incident (fire) report in Henrico County?
The Division of Fire provides general fire reports, which contain the location of the incident, the units responding and a brief description of the incident. Completion of a request form and a signature are required to obtain an incident report, for which there is no cost. Please call the Division of Fire at (804) 501-4900 to obtain a copy of the request form. The incident report can be faxed or mailed to you or you can pick it up between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding county holidays.
