How do I obtain an application form to register for permission to use the compliance regulatory marks?
An application to ACMA must be in writing in the form set out in Schedule 3 to the EME Labelling Notice. Suppliers may create and submit their own forms, so long as they contain, as a minimum, the information mentioned in the ACMA application form. The ACMA application form C01 (Application for permission to use a regulatory mark) is at Appendix C of this booklet. This form is also available from your nearest ACMA office or the ACMA website. The form may be returned to ACMA either by mail of facsimile to your nearest ACMA office. Suppliers only need to register once with ACMA. Registration will allow you to use the C-Tick or A-Tick compliance marks where appropriate, together with your supplier code number.
