How do I obtain a variance for thresholds we can not meet?
The variance procedure and request form are published here. When making a request for a variance, please include in your documentation the actual data element percentage rate achieved by your test data. A request for variance should not be made until you have submitted test data. The process for submitting the form and how it will be handled is documented in the variance procedure.
