How do I obtain a report not offered through ePRO?

If the report is not available on ePRO it may not be entered into our records management system yet. Wait a day or two and check back later. Additionally, a report may not be released due to an active investigation. Once the investigation is complete, the Police Incident Report will be available in ePRO. The custodian of Records in the Professional Standards Office is the authority on what is released. You may contact that office at (757) 385-4145 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM for assistance on obtaining a report.
