How do I obtain a replacement swipe card/FOB/air key/remote?
To obtain a replacement, it is necessary to determine the card numbers that you still possess. The card number is located in the top right hand side of the rectangular swipe cards and at the bottom of the swipe fobs. Then email the Resident Services Manager (RSM) or phone him or her on 9566 4321 to arrange its replacement. A replacement costs $40, which acts as a security deposit. This can be paid by EFTPOS (credit card, savings or cheque account) at the RSM’s office. Residents will need proof of their address details, and tenants need consent from the real estate agent or owner.
