How do I obtain a refund on a Hokie Passport Account or a Dining Dollars Account?
Graduating students or students who are no longer affiliated with the university may be eligible for a refund. A refund request card must be submitted in order to have a refund processed. Refund request cards can be obtained at the Hokie Passport Office. The university will refund the remaining credit balance on your accounts less a $15.00 refund-processing fee. If you are not enrolled as a student and your account has been inactive for twelve consecutive months it will be closed and refunded according to state policy.
