How do I obtain a receipt for my parking permit when using iPay?
There are three forms of confirmation for iPay transactions: • If your transaction is successful, a Payment Record will appear on screen – this process may take a few seconds. • If you require a tax invoice, a separate icon on the bottom toolbar will appear. Select this icon to print a tax invoice. • Via the email address provided on your parking application form you will receive email notification of your purchase. If you lose connection with the iPay system while waiting for your printable Payment Record to appear on screen, please refer to your email account before applying for another parking permit. iPay will confirm you’re parking transaction via the email address you provided on your parking application form.
