You must call the Mileage Plus Service Center to have a certificate printed. Mileage Plus will convert a Systemwide upgrade in your electronic bank to paper and mail it to you. Mailing may take two weeks domestically and four weeks internationally. The cost is $25 (waived for Global Services and 1K customers).
