How do I obtain a new student ID/ SMART card if mine has been lost or stolen?
To request a replacement student ID / SMART card if this has expired or been lost/stolen, download and print the Word document below. When completed, this form should be returned to the Registry, either as an attachment to an email, addressed to smartcard@canterbury.ac.uk or via the red post box outside the Registry Helpdesk (Bg09 – Ground Floor, Becket Building, West Door), where forms can be posted at all times when the Becket Building is open.
