To obtain a Multnomah County Marriage License, applicants must go to the Multnomah County Building at 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd. (located at the intersection of Grand Ave. and Hawthorne Blvd.) The Marriage License Office is located on the main floor in Suite 175. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Telephone: (503) 988-3027. They are closed on all major holidays.
