How do I obtain a final report or a cheque breakdown?
Service organizations and their energy advisors are not obligated to prepare a formal report for homeowners following the post-retrofit evaluations, and the cheques from the Government of Canada only give the total amount of the federal grant. After you receive your federal cheque, you can call 1-877-953-5454 (Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Ottawa time) and the operators can give you a breakdown by measure. Please have the cheque in hand when you call.
