How do I obtain a copy of the Parkside and Spring Valley Budgets?
Budgets are mailed prior to their final approvals and usually during the month of October. If you need an additional copy of the Parkside Budget, please contact management. There will be a nominal fee that must be paid in advance. The 2006 quarterly payment is $318 (distributed as $209 to the HOA and $109 to the POA).
