If you are applying to attend college classes, you will need to provide the institution with a copy of either your high school transcripts or the scores you obtained on your General Educational Development tests, or GED. To do this, you will need to contact the GED testing center where you obtained your GED certificate. If you are unaware of the contact information for the GED testing center, the American Council on Education website has a database with phone numbers for GED testing centers around the United States. Visit the “Locate a GED Testing Center” on the American Council on Education website (See Resources). Enter the ZIP code for the town the GED center you took your test at is located.
