In Person Completed and approved police reports are generally available five (5) days following the filing of the report, in person at the police department. By Mail Completed and approved reports can be mailed out, provided you send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the police department (Attn: Records). The cost of a report is .5 (five) cents per page. If copies of photos are requested, they are provided on a CD in electronic format at a cost of $1.00 (one dollar).
