How do I obtain a copy of an accident report or criminal investigation?
• A copy of your accident report can be requested in person, by mail, or by calling 540-955-5152. We will need date, time, and location of accident to process your request. • A copy of a criminal investigations report is handled under a FOIA request. Please contact 540-955-5152 and leave your name, telephone number, and the information that is requested and someone will contact you in reference to your request.
