All non-accident reports must be obtained from the Montgomery County Police Records Division located at 2350 Research Blvd. Their phone number is: 240-773-5340. The cost for a report is $10.00. Accident reports, which were written by Rockville City Police Officers, can be obtained in person at the Rockville City Police Department, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The cost for a report is $5.00.
