How do I obtain a copy of a Concordia Police report or accident report?
Generally: Copies are $4.00 each; however additional charges may apply to large reports for processing and copying. You will be apprised of these charges beforehand. If you would like a copy of the report, fill out a request for report form at the Concordia Police Department (this form may be found in the FORMS area of our web page). It is advisable to call ahead to see if the report is ready for release. If you are not picking up the report at the Police Department, enclose a self addressed stamped envelope so it may be mailed to you. Information contained on reports cannot be disseminated over the phone. Reports will not be faxed or submitted electronically. Accident Reports: If you are involved in an accident, within the city limits of Concordia, call the police to have the accident investigated.
