• If you are the defendant and have an attorney, contact his/her office. • If you are the defendant and do not have an attorney, contact the City of Kent Law Department. You will be required to come into the office to complete and sign a request for discovery. You will need to provide photo identification. • If you are the victim of a domestic violence crime, contact an advocate at the Family Violence Unit at 253-856-5900. • If you are not the defendant or victim, contact the City of Kent Clerk’s Office at 253-856-5725 to request a public disclosure form.
