How do I obtain a Client Barcode and Account PIN # for the Tele-PLAY Program Registration System?
In order to use Tele-PLAY, the telephone registration system, you will need to have your Client Barcode and Account PIN #. If this is the first time you are registering for a program in Aurora, just stop by the Aurora Family Leisure Complex or the Aurora Recreation Complex and our reception staff can set up both you and your family with the necessary codes. If you have registered in the past, you should already have a barcode and pin # assigned to you. If you have misplaced your numbers, please call (905) 841-PLAY and we will be happy to assist you.
