Liquor Identifications Cards are issued by the Records Unit of the Blue Springs Police Department, located at 1100 SW Smith Street. For more information please call the Records Unit at (816) 228-0160. Liquor Identifications Cards are required for all persons employed in the retail sale, dispensation, service or delivery of intoxicating liquor. The only exception is for persons employed solely as a cashier on a by-the-drink premises where substantial quantities of food are sold. See Municipal Code Chapter 6 Section 600.350.
