You must currently be admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court, Northern District of California. You may obtain a Certificate of Good Standing from the Clerk of Court by completing the application, paying a $15.00 fee, and enclosing a self-addressed, stamped, return envelope. Attorneys who are not currently admitted, go to “procedure for admission” on our website.
