The Certificate of Good Standing is issued by the Secretary of State and confirms that your organization is in compliance with filings, tax payments, etc. To obtain the Certificate, go to www.sos.state.ga.us/corporations. On the left side of the page, there will be several options listed. The 16th one from the top is “Order Status Certificates”. Click on that one and it will lead you to another web page where you can place your order for the Certificate. There is a $10 charge to obtain the Certificate. You can pay via credit card and immediately print the Certificate.
