All drug and alcohol notifications (of positive test results, refusal or failure to be tested, and interfering with test results or blood or urine samples) should be either faxed to ITSR on (02) 8263 7256 or emailed to: danotifications@transportregulator.nsw.gov.au Quarterly reports from rail transport operators should also be sent to these addresses. The forms are available on ITSR’s website at www.transportregulator.nsw.gov.au Positive test notifications are required to be notified to ITSR within 3 days of receiving test results.
